Removal and reconfiguration of data units with upgraded software and firmware
Collaboration with sub-contractors and digital manufacturers to troubleshoot and implement solutions
Deployment of four engineers during traffic hours to reconfigure units
Night-time site teams replacing faulty units with minimal service disruption
Project management of lab and site works, reporting progress to Telent’s client, Global
Management of spares and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery
This project enabled the smooth migration of data units, maintained network reliability, and ensured the upgraded advertising estate met operational and technical standards.
